      Leadership is helpful and supportive. Projects are learning. AIM projects Learning wrt. Process. No learning on competency development.

      Cons

      Work life balance is pathetic. One can work 24hrs and will still get more work with no recognition. Cost saving measures everywhere.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
