Pros
Most projects have a great work life balance. Limited work load compared to other players in the industry Good onshore opportunities if one performs well and is really interested to work outside India. Young and non formal culture at work. Some people are great to work with, good number of folks from IIMs,IITs, NITs. However, they do not stay for long if not provided an onshore opportunity.
Cons
Too much hierarchy. A promotion does not mean much. Much more like a small increment. One happens to be doing the same thing even after 2 promotions. Not good for above consultant positions (Assistant Project Manager , Project Manager or upper level) as the senior management does not consist of very bright people. You will feel stuck.
