      Pros

      Its got good travel opportunity, mix culture of people to work. Good company for beginners with Bcom and MBA to gain expertise in Finance and Accounts

      Cons

      Not a robust BPO. Not employee friendly. There is no stability in the projects. There is no employee engagement programmes. Bonus and Annual hike are not competitive.

      Great work/life balance. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
