      Pros

      if you get a chance to work for the right clients, then the learning is exponential with a great work-life balance for everyone.

      Cons

      Might be a little difficult to adjust in the initial stages, but if you want to adjust then you do it. $yr BA plans is terrible policy which doesn't reward the hard working employees accordingly.

      Not a lot of structure. You basically just have to figure it out after the initial training.
