Pros
It's a job. It came at a time of a layoff and the alternative was to not have a paycheck and not have steady employment. We were handcuffed to the company as part of a transition from our previous employer. I am sure that the growth potential is there for people who are interested in working in a service environment, but those looking for a company to provide a home, this doesn't seem to be it.
Cons
Micromanaged. We were transitioned from a previous employer, so we either took the job or we took nothing. I can't really get into the cons without seeming ungrateful, particularly at a time of low employment, so I will reserve my cons.
