      Not much pros to tell.

      Cons

      Pathetic managers , employees are just resources and are good untill they are making profit from them. You can't say no to them otherwise be ready for mental harassment. Weak management centric HR team. No job rotation policy. No technical trainings for everyone.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
