Pros

1. A good place to learn in terms of client facing roles, client interactions -both offshore & onshore, projects (width & depth), SAS and other differentiating tools which are valued in the industry. 2. The peer learning or atmosphere is good because they recruit from top institutes of the country and the best brains from there itself.

Cons

1. They differentiate between NITins and IITians a lot! Less salary, lower designation, less lucrative projects and etc. This is extremely discouraging. 2. The attrition rate is high because they don't really care about many of the employees unless in some cases.

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
