It was a good company at first.

Cons

Politics is strong in the office. The kinds of things people who are close to the higher ups are insane. One guy kicked a female employee and got away with it. Fast forward a couple of months same guy punched same girl and although he was fired, when it was still being investigated, the manager;who was close with the guy, said to the girl,”you should have been more patient”. Because he believed that it was the girl’s fault becausw she provoked him. My back pay took almost 6 months to process. You can no longer convert your SLs at the end of the year and they don’t give double pay during holidays. Just the amount of hours your shift consumes on that holiday. Plus some team leads only got promoted because they were close to the higher ups and they do a crappy job doing their job so good luck with that.

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
