      Pros

      Amazing infrastructure, lots of facilities, HR works independently and HR decisions are not influenced by business/ops. Work pressure is low, you can maintain a good work-life balance.

      Cons

      Only con is that salary paid is on the lower side, you get bare minimum to live in a metro city.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
