      Pros

      -> One of the leading BPO in India -> There are lot of learning , EXL has set up its own learning center -> If you have talent, you can get good opportunities to grow -> Lot of EXL ex employees are placed at good positions in other companies -> If you have will to learn, the company will help you upskill

      Cons

      -> Pays extremely less and are low at appraisal percentage -> Lot of employees hired are extremely poor in terms of skill, however it does not matter to company as they know that they are paying below industry level -> Extremely bad transport system

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
