      There are no such things call pros for this organization. It has abandoned me in my difficult time of life.

      Cons

      You will see the corrupt HR policies and insubordinate Management when they will distort the policies according to their need even if they maintain a pile of policy documents with the employee. They will abandon you if have any kind of illness and if you ask for leaves(even unpaid leaves). They won't understand your situation and ultimately look for a profit of their own. They will force you to resign if you are suffering from an illness and ask for a leave of 1 months.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
