Thank you for your feedback. EXL is in the growth stage with tremendous potential and the strategy is to propel that by taking on new work. There will always be different type of projects. On the second point , EXL is strong on compliance and after ensuring many communications, took punitive action on those who repeatedly ignored completing mandatory security and compliance training. As a company, our most important asset is our people. Our HR practices include reviewing our compensation structures periodically and aligning our hiring and performance increases to relevant market data. We also do bench-marking on a regular basis that show we are quite aligned and for those areas where we are not, we formulate a long-term plan for the same.

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
