Pros
Nothing is good we found in this company although I was be selected in the interview but as and when I investigate about this company i am not going to join this and nor recommend to anyone
Cons
For any job two thing is most important first is salary and second and most importantly is job satisfaction but here both things our missing I have a experience of other MNC also while comparing this EXL is having a title of MNC but seriously guys every senior person are here is like working in street market. They don't having a manner to talk they treat our junior like a salves and Wrost part they all are gawar type of person they don't know and don't want to know value of employees and they only good in communication at senior level also knowledge criteria are also be poor. Don't waste your time here if really helpless please believe in God do the thing which is built or boost your career in future and always start where, you learn something, accept the challenges but there is no logic waste you time for only for the reason of earning a good amount money is starting days and regret your balance life.
