Pros
The innovation and digital focus is very real. Listen to Rohit Kapoor's last 8-12 earnings releases. There is a strong focus on the customer, teams/groups generally band together well to do the right thing for the customers and drive innovation. Friendly culture but very bottom line/results driven. This is all clearly reflected in EXLS strong stock price growth.

Processes need to catch up to the size and scale that the business is fast heading toward.
