      Pros

      Super supportive from day one. From day one when I arrived for training at the corporate office, to the customer de-escalation training month 4 after hire. I am really impressed with the culture and support since I started my career here at EXL.

      Cons

      Due to the distance, I don't get a chance to thank my support team in person. Great company and growing .

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
