From Day 1 as an executive associate to senior escalations desk executive and now assistant manager, I have never been happier at EXL. Truth be told, EXL Service is the only company whose HMO package is beyond compare from other centers. Their HMO policy for dependents is up to 80 y.o and is co-share for 250k across the board for executive levels. They are also competitive in terms of salary pay and is one of the companies that has great “pay for performance” incentive scheme — one of the reasons why I stayed by the way. ;) Shift schedule wise, very flexible. Associate can request a time/schedule off swap anytime. And you get to enjoy your long PTO and oh even request for leave without pay just so in case you ran out of leave credits! That’s how awesome this company is! ;)
