Pros

Accounts in different processes are stable, meaning employees are assured that they will not lose a job or transferred to another account. Clients are very impressed with the quality service delivered by different accounts. Hence, the majority of these clients choose EXL for their services. In an executive-level, compensation and benefits are fair for their level. Plus, the company gives out a lot of perks to them to keep their employees happy. The company tries to create many engaging activities for the entire employees. In a support staff to management level perspective, the company offers many leadership and developmental training to prepare support team to become the next leaders.

Cons

Though the job is rewarding, it demands a lot. I have the freedom to showcase my skills and abilities but you're expected to maintain or excel that level of excellence and push you to the point of getting burnout. Different managers have a different style of leadership, it will be a privilege to get mentored by one of the best or being under a wing of a military-style leadership that does not baby their subordinates. Though it will still result in a positive outcome. However, that will lead to another problem which is attrition.

Pros

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
