      Good first job out of college. Can get some experience for your next company. Can be flexible if you have school, other job or family commitments.

      Cons

      Pay is garbage and not likely to improve. Constant tech issues and lots of useless training everyone has to complete. Dont stick around past 2 years.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Cons

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
