      Give more salary to make people fall in their bait.

      Cons

      No JOB security. They will fire u as soon as project gets over. The company has already hired thrice employees than required and now they are clueless what to do with them. Lack of projects. The manager claims that they have good number of projects but honestly they dont have any. The day ur project gets over managers will start forcing u to resign. They dont get good projects from the client due to the bad reputation and therefore ask employees sitting on bench to resign so as to avoid their costs. Honest advise- If u are serious about your career please dnt apply in this company.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
