Pros
The company is pretty decent with managers trying to protect while scold you at same time. The company is trying to get really good projects and engage in analytical and data science space very well. Has some good and helpful managers that support you.
Cons
HR is very bad with immigration and prioritizing requests. They do not know the immigration rules of their own org and country. Some managers over react to what has gone wrong, try to push blame and behave in typical mindset of you being an employee and they being a boss you should serve them. Watch out for blame games and scapegoating which is common when in senior positions as well.
