None, even if you did have one good manager here I find they were too good for this company.
Cons
Toxic work environment, management lacks accountability for how employees perform, micromanagement. Lack of growth and assistance for employees. No work life balance , employees tend to burn out and underperform and management doesn’t care . I actually find the positive reviews questionable. This is also not a review left out of spite but disbelief that they have been comfortable operating this way for this long. But this company used to be Overland Solutions until it was acquired by EXL so that should tell you everything you need to know. Like I said before I question the authenticity of the positive reviews.
