Leadership is run by unprofessional inexperienced group of RN’s that pretend to know coding. You will see a disregard for coding clinics and guidelines. Their turnaround is crazy people prefer to be unemployed than to continue working for them. They will move you to a new position with double the workload without a raise. The DRG department’s management are not coders and believe that coding is an easy thing that nurses can learn to master in a couple of months.
