Pros

• Salary (i guess) - Got offered 21,000 PHP + which was pretty decent as most BPOs tend to offer 14k - 18k PHP during 2020-2021 period. • Work Colleagues - SOME (like 2-3 average) colleagues are really chill and were actually fun to be with. • Personality development - learned to deal and understand everyone's bs the hard way.

Cons

• Salary disputes - The idea of losing trust in your payroll because of constant dispute filing was demotivating. • No structure with their metric and incentive programs - Change is inevitable but month after month of metric and incentive revisions was actually wild (No documentation / memo to back it up too). • Favoritism and office politics - Like... what do you mean my TL (direct supervisor) declined my PTO request so THEY could take it for themselves and had the audacity to assign me their tasks (i.e, attendance checking, team support for escalations calls, AHT trend tracking and reporting)

Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

Cons

Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
