      Pros

      Good Environment People are supportive and ready to listen to you. Flexible timings- No one cares when you come in and go Out until you finish your work First hand experience with a lot of Client contact. Good place to Learn

      Cons

      HR policies are bad. And are unwilling to change A lot of discrimination between IITians and the Rest. Their Flagship 4YBA Program is a mess, with low compensation. The worse part about their program is that your promotion is fixed! that means weather you work or not you all will get promoted together after 2 year. It takes out the enthusiasm that i required. If you are an IITian then you would be relaxed earning 60k a month for the same work for which the "Rest" are paid half.

      Location, building amenities, nice view

      Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
