      Pros

      Good. Quick interview. There were 3 rounds. First was technical with tech lead. Then high level technical with project manager. Then final was the client round.

      Cons

      i actually had to give for 2 roles. because in the last moment the client freezed hiring.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
