      Remote job is the only plus

      Pretty poor increments year on year where my actual bonuses have reduced every year since I joined 3 years back. 10+ hour work days are normal with work expected on weekdays as well. Worst thing was that they provided me zero increment after getting top ratings throughout the year.

      Paycheck clears, that’s about it.

      Started off with supportive leadership, teamwork and opportunities to grow. At the start of this year, entire department went toxic. Leadership stopped communicating, people getting fired, threats that you would get fired, being told that they are “reducing workforce” in august, creating ridiculous metrics that were impossible to meet due to their own bad technology. Coworkers started getting mental and physical health issues trying to keep their jobs, and many are trying to leave. I have never seen such a toxic workplace in my 30 years of employment in this industry.
