Pros
Good reputation and name on your resume.
Cons
Was hired as Senior Consultant. My experience at EY was below my expectation. First, the consulting practice doesn't have enough projects or the right projects to keep people busy. A lot of Senior Consultants ended up working on internal projects or pursuits, for a long time. You learn little during the time. Second, some senior managers are really far from the culture that EY is proud of (supportive and collaborative). You are mostly treated as a labor to work day and night, 7 days a week, without being appreciated. You feel you wouldn't trust these people. If you have a review with them, you feel your results and evaluations has been set up even before they listen to you. It also means if they got a project, someone else will be considered even if you worked very hard for them and tried to please them. Third, make sure you select the office which matches your interest focus. Each office may have different focus even within one practice. If your interest is different than the office's focus, you will not get project from your office and have to follow someone else from a different office and fly every week for other projects.
