Pros
Great, caring teams and overall culture, incredible flexibility, lots of amazing experiences and opportunities. Very collaborative and kind.
Cons
If you are CBS, specifically BMC, there really is no career path for you. Once you get to Associate Director, even if you are an incredibly high performer, there are very few, if any Director-level roles. I've also noticed that BMC leadership tends to favor hiring externally into Director-level roles vs. promoting internally. It's really discouraging. RELENTLESS pace, long hours, very little tolerance for bold moves, levels upon levels of approvals, lots of overengineered processes, etc. Weathering all this is fine, when you're newer and striving and still getting rewarding experiences, but when you realize that there's a limit to career growth and potential for non-client servers, it becomes more difficult to tolerate.
