Pros
This company does a great job talking about who they aspire to be centered around culture and values. They recognize they don't have it all together and continue to work towards learning and growing together.
Cons
Sometimes they have too many priorities without enough clarity. Senior leaders could do a better job of really understanding the pulse of the organization but talking with people doing the day to day work to make sure everyone understands how they contribute to the organizations success.
