Pros

Ability to work remotely, although they’ve been trying to crack down on this.

Cons

Too many to list. For starters, the owner banks (e.g., Bank of America, Capital One, Chase, PNC, Truist, US Bank, & Wells Fargo) treat Early Warning’s leadership, and employees like children. A few solid people, but the talent across the organization is subpar at best. Senior leadership routinely cites their own political views into stories and analogies. Strategy / direction changes often. I’ve seen projects shift direction 3 times within 1 month, all predicated on the owner banks. A lot of people are secretly laid off, some demographics more than others.

Pros

Really solid company. Good high level leadership and the best culture ive seen. Runs like a start up so lots of opportunity for impact. Growth is everywhere and theyre supportive of continuing ed. Culture varies by LOB. I work in Paze and cannot speak to Zelle or Certos.

Cons

This is silly but I cannot stand the work laptops. Small little windows machines.

Pros

Engaging work that will challenge you and the staff is very nice and supportive. Great place if you enjoy banking and working with cloud services.

Cons

Teams operate under different methodologies which can be challenging. Projects can be complicated so an experienced PM will fair better.
