Pros
Starting off the pay and benefits are really good. The culture of the company was also great. Your coworkers are quick to teach you as well as some of your supervisors, but that quickly ended after the New CEO. Now time for the cons.
Cons
1. Unlimited pto is not unlimited. Like other company's they count the amount of days you take off. While leadership can take truly unlimited. 2. Very much a favoritism game here. If you are not in the circle or club you will feel it. 3. Raises and bonuses are a joke. Think you'll get the standard 3% raise...nope your supervisor will remember the one email you forgot to send. The rest of the year you might have crushed it but they will knock you down to a 1%. Then they will nickle and dime your bonus. 4. Don't like the department you are in. They preach that you can interview out. Well like I said before if you are not part of the club, your not moving. You will go through a series of interviews and talk about how much they love you and want you on your team, then last second they will pull the rug from you. 5.Complete lack of follow through from supervisors. Numerous times I asked for a more efficient coach that wasn't the same level as me. I was promised one and he never made time for me. 6. No sense of direction. 7. No training programs, good luck getting started, there are no training programs it is institutionalized knowledge.
