Pros
barely can think of any, except that you may find some people there
Cons
as many people have said in their reviews: toxic management | archaic tech -- very low pay -- very toxic culture --awful c-level managers (Uneducated and unqualified management) let me just repeat some of the review from other folks which I do agree with: 1- High-level managers are allowed to be completely remote; everyone else is required to be in office 3 days/week 2- Management at a director level and above (with a very few exceptions) don't have a clue how to build software. Managers are busy playing political games to survive and not to get fired. Architects are busy generating visions not aligned with reality. Engineers are busy maintaining old mess. So everyone is busy producing nothing. 3- Uneducated and unqualified {...} management. Puts people without degrees in roles that need them, where other companies require them. - Refuses to adapt to Industry standards and best practices. - Acts like a bank, not a software company. 4-Toxic management, especially senior level. 5- Nothing ever seems to improve and things only get worse. 6- This place was by far the worst place I have ever worked in my entire life! || Micromanaged at all levels 7- if you enjoy working for narcissistic micro managers, go for it! 8- This place can be classified as a chaotic hell, and the VP's love the smell of fear and rotting employee corpses. All the negative things that you read on the forums, internet, and on Glassdoor are true.
