Pros

Lots of coworkers are great. Cool science. Pay is OK but good benefits. Flexible hours.

Cons

Managers, VPs and some C levels are generally poor performance at their jobs. Too concerned with "optics", decisions made on this instead of worker needs. Stuck in academic mindset. Gender ratio good but diversity is not good. Forget about promotions.

* Good people, hard workers and smart on the lower end of the chain. * Good WLB

Cons

* Management level is drinking kool-aid, incompetent type imo. No bad or toxic people I've encountered but don't expect them to do much beyond the minimum. * Little to no career progress
