"earth friendly" yet buys 99% of their stuff from China. Lies to customers about fair trade and handmade when again, all this is from China. Acts like employees are working for commission yet doesn't pay commission and has insane sales goals and punishes employee numbers when it comes to selling clearance items because they want every sale to average at least $30. Pushing to sell sell sell when people hate being hounded about sales. No upward mobility at all. This job is super corporate for what it is and it is not a good place to work. If you want to be treated like Verizon sales go work for Verizon and get commission.
