      -The Store Discount -Interesting Customers -Flexible Hours

      Cons

      -Management was a mess, our store went without a manager for 6 months and in that time our Assistant Manager only assigned hours to their friends and would put big sales made by others under her own name so she could get her bonus. -Coworkers were competitive and would talk about each other behind their backs and never worked as a team. -Management also allowed discrimination to take place in the work place as well.

      Wonderful team environment to work in.

      The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.

      Fun. easy going retail environment

      Cons

      The company hired me to move from one city to another 2 hours away and then closed the location they hired me to work at 5 months after hiring me. I found out later this had to have been in the works all along and it was not communicated to me that this was to be the case. I left a job I had had for 7 years to move to a new city for a fresh start only to shortly after have a piece of that start removed by a company with no compassion. They then offered me a lesser position at another location where the pay wasn't even the least bit comparable. This truly could have been a lovely position where it not for all that got in the way.
