There was little to non support from the company for stores that are located in inconvenient cities, making the store employees’ work duties extremely difficult. There were daily goals that were based on the previous year sales and were rarely attainable. These goals dictated how many hours you got, not how hard of a worker you were. My team lacked respected for other employees and it was common for work place bullying on a daily basis. Both managers I worked under basically did whatever they want, rarely following policy and committing illegal acts regularly. While I worked there for a few years I saw multiple employees get shorted money on their paycheck and corporate was in no rush to fix this, it took at least a month for some to get the money they were owed. After I left the company I was not told the last paycheck would be sent out by mail and my pay was sent to an incorrect address. HR was not very helpful and did not act like it was a priority to pay an employee. It has been over a month and I have still not received the last pay check. I would not recommend working for this company ever.
