      Pros

      The work environment is absolutely stellar. Issues are quickly resolved, and it a very relaxed pace compared to other retail jobs. You will make excellent connections with guests, and often times make a lot of friends with people that come in. Definitely one of the better corporate environments I’ve had to interact with too; communication with higher ups is easy and very encouraged. The diversity of people working is also a massive plus as a person of color.

      Cons

      This job relies heavily on hours. Definitely a job you get for the experience and environment than for pay.

      The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.

      Fun. easy going retail environment

      Cons

      The company hired me to move from one city to another 2 hours away and then closed the location they hired me to work at 5 months after hiring me. I found out later this had to have been in the works all along and it was not communicated to me that this was to be the case. I left a job I had had for 7 years to move to a new city for a fresh start only to shortly after have a piece of that start removed by a company with no compassion. They then offered me a lesser position at another location where the pay wasn't even the least bit comparable. This truly could have been a lovely position where it not for all that got in the way.
