Pros
Very fun store environment. My team was awesome and close to my age which made coming to work a blast. Usually, the clientele would just browse or they were also into spirituality which made conversations fun and sales easy. Very good covid-19 protocols which made me feel safe going to work. Recently updated pay for employees so they are actually livable/competitive wages
Cons
My DM was mid maternity leave when I was hired so I wasn't able to build a very good relationship with her (not her fault at ALL, I just wish I could have had a better one-on-one relationship). Upper management could be kind of cliquey and rude. Looking back I think my store manager ruined any relationship I/we could have had with upper management because she felt so strongly that they were incompetent and also was anti-spirituality and occasionally racist/transphobic to our employees and guests
