Pros
Managers and coworkers are really chill and nice so the atmosphere is good. Really good employee discount. They make schedule's a month or so in advance so it's easy to plan your life around work, or request days off in advance and they honor it. They worked with me since I was a full-time university student.
Cons
Pay is mid at best. You also must make sure you are a people person because they push you to make conversation with customers, which sometimes they don't understand that customers don't wanna talk all the time. Most of the friction at our job had to do with the fact that we have personal sales goals so you have to assign sales to an employee and if no one helped the guest we are supposed to rotate sales but people got greedy and would only give sales to themselves and the issue wasn't really solved. Corporate/District Managers can make things hard sometimes. There was a lot going on at the warehouse at the time, so getting things items restocked at our store took a while and was kinda stressful. Also, they push tote selling so hard and it's annoying (it's because they donate a small percentage to some foundation so I'm pretty sure they get some sort of tax write-off because of it).
