Pros
I have had a great experience working at Earthbound Trading Co. There are many opportunities to be promoted as most people don't wind up staying employed for more than a year. I've made great connections with my team members and I truly love and care about the product we sell. This job helped me to really enhance my customer service, communication, and time management skills.
Cons
Working at EB for the past year and a half has been a wonderful experience overall. I wish it paid better and I got better hours so I wouldn't have to pick up a second job while I'm still in college. Wages and hours are a struggle depending on the performance of your store and if it has a high volume of customers. While there are many opportunities to move up, getting promoted does not mean you will get a raise in your hourly wage unless you're moving into upper management like assistant manager/store manager.
