      Pros

      Management actually cares and will listen to your ideas with an open mind. I liked the Hybrid remote work setup and everyone in HR is lovely. Relaxed dress code and good office moral. This is probably my favorite job to date. Loved all of my co workers and upper management. Wish you all the best.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other corporate offices and sometimes training was mostly just winging it and hoping it all works out.

      Wonderful team environment to work in.

      The store is in the mall so there are the drawbacks of that.
