Pay isn't the best, vacation policy kinda sucks, and upper management doesn't seem to care as much about their employees as they claim. They're currently letting fear and uncertainty dictate how to run the company, and its started angering just about everyone I've talked with. They recently rolled back the return to office rules they promised us they wouldn't change on two separate occasions. When they announced we'd have to come in once a week they said that was it and it wouldn't change. Well around a year later they decided to make it twice a week, which conveniently coincided with a rental contract renewal for the office. They promised us that was it, yet here we are maybe two years later and they're rolling it back again, forcing a return to 4 days a week. Here's the biggest kicker, management are the only ones allowed to work fully remote. So everyone else has to suck it up while they can essentially do whatever they want.
