Proud to work here - Senior Designer Earthjustice Employee Review

I have never worked at a place quite like Earthjustice. It is, truly, the strongest example I know of doing good work well. So many organizations are striving to achieve what Earthjustice has already established as foundation. I couldn't be more proud to work here.

The single con that comes to mind is simply the rapid growth the organization has experienced. That itself isn't a con, but all of the things that come with that can be challenging. These challenges are more than mitigated by the truly collaborative and courageous spirit that is universal here, though. We will get there.

Amazing organization doing great work. Incredibly talented and dedicated staff that help create a supportive and strong org culture. Leadership works to create transparency in org decisions and strategy and demonstrates its commitment to staff through great benefits and competitive salaries.
