      The work environment of course varies by school but I've been lucky so far The supervisor (principal) is always on top of the job The heath benefits are great

      Sometimes working with other employees can be difficult but that's with any job

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
