      Pros

      Working for East Baton Rouge School Parish is a great challenge especially meeting the challenges of the elementary level school. This is important since there are relatively no males in the school system and my main objective would be to improve this problem siginificantly.

      Cons

      The downsize is working with a school board that seem clueless to how to conduct themselves and the business of the school system.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
