      Great teachers, but 65% of them are leaving - and the Superintendent is not bothered according to his live interview on TV.

      School board and district leaders could not hold the parents and students accountable.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
