Sometimes very disorganized & pay is low - ELA Teacher East Baton Rouge Parish School System Employee Review

I love my class. The atmosphere of my school is great.

The pay could be better.

I’m literally drawing a blank.

Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
