      The people I worked with at my school were amazing and like family.

      Cons

      Upper administration, discipline procedures aren't followed, high turn over at main office.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
