      Pros

      The only pro is you get health insurance, but that isn't much to write home about.

      Cons

      Covering classes every other day, students attacking the staff, guns being on campus, and no A/C when it is hot or heat when it's cold, Working there was the worst job ever, and the human resources department does not make it any better as they are pitiful.

      I’m literally drawing a blank.

      Cons

      Politics. Everybody knows everybody and if you care about teaching and call out administrators who are committing immoral acts (targeting, bullying, making sure your livelihood and status are threatened, they black list you). Only the staff who are willing to play the game get longevity.
