Great company, poor compensation - Anonymous employee Eastern Research Group, Inc. Employee Review

The compensation package is very weak for comparable positions. Annual raises and bonuses don't match what was stated in the interview and are low. The only place this is decent is that they provide 6% profit sharing as an annual contribution to 401k. It can be a challenging place for any growth. Since it's a small company there frequently isn't any room for employee promotion or growth.
